Mark Grossman

Mr. Grossman is a seasoned consultant having spent over 30 years as partner with Booz & Co. (Booz•Allen & Hamilton), Managing Director with MasterCard Advisors, SVP with Citibank and other boutique consulting firms in Latin America, U.S. and Asia. He has worked with leading multi-national and domestic institutions to define and implement significant strategic programs to enhance shareholder value.  Among the issues dealt with include market entry and growth strategies, merger integration, business line and customer segment profitability, organizational governance and effectiveness, channel alignment and strategies, operations, service level and technology improvement, to name a few.

Mr. Grossman has been a trusted advisor and executive coach to leaders around the globe, guiding them in defining individual and corporate purpose, developing integrated strategies and plans to realize potential while in the process building a strong, cohesive culture and team.

As a hands-on consultant, he excels at helping clients implement innovative, yet practical strategies and achieve superior results by combining structured analytical approaches with humanistic change management disciplines, client-consultant teams, and communication strategies.

Mr. Grossman has lived and worked all over the U.S., Latin America and Asia. He graduated from Northeastern University’s Business School and speaks fluent Spanish, as a second language.
